Return/Cooling-off period
The fine print
When purchasing products, you have the option of dissolving the agreement without giving any reason during 14 days within the EU. This cooling-off period starts on the day after you have received the product.
The cooling-off period does not apply to products purchased with a discount (promotional products).
If you wish to use the cooling-off period, we ask you to let us know within 5 working days after you have received the product. You have to let us know by sending an e-mail to 4onenessgifts@gmail.com. How you can return the product is stated in the cooling-off period form. You can download this form by clicking on the button below.
NOTE: There is no return or cooling-off period on the digital downloadable files.
