RETURN
When purchasing products, you have the option of dissolving the agreement without giving any reason during 14 days. This cooling-off period starts on the day after you have received the product(s).
The right of withdrawal does not apply to products that have been purchased with a discount (promotional products).
REFUND
If you choose to return your product(s), the maximum costs for you will be the shipping costs.
If you have paid an amount, we will refund this amount as soon as possible, but no later than 14 days after returning the product(s). The condition is that the product has already been received back by us.
